Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival receive refund less $100.00 handling fee. Cancellations made 29 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the space is re-booked; the amount recovered is refunded less a $100.00 handling fee. Holiday Season cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival receive refund less $100.00 handling fee. Cancellations made 59 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the space is re-booked; the amount recovered is refunded less a $100.00 handling fee. A $250.00 credit card impression is required at check-in to cover any telephone charges, damage or excessive cleaning. Recovery is not limited to $250.00. Impressions will be destroyed within 5 days after final inspection.

I-70 West to Frisco, Exit 203. South on Colorado Highway 9 to Breckenridge (10.3 miles). Ski Country Resorts is located at 213 North Main Street. Turn right at the corner of Main and Watson Streets. There is ample parking behind the building.

Prior to arrival, each unit is cleaned and provided with fresh linens, towels and consumable goods such as soaps, paper products, firewood, etc. Published rates do not include daily maid service. Stays of 5 nights or more receive a towel change/trash removal midway through stay. All stays of 8 night or more receive a linen change along with towel change/trash removal midway through stay. Additional towel changes are available for $7.00 per bathroom per day. Custom maid service is available. Please call for details and charges.

In most properties, local calls are free; long distance calls may be subject to surcharges. Beaver Run Resort, Main Street Station and The Village at Breckenridge charge for local calls.

All units are non-smoking properties. Any extra cleaning incurred to remove smoke odor will be charged to the security deposit.

Ski Country Resorts has no control over the mechanical operation of private home Jacuzzis. If Jacuzzi becomes inoperable during your stay a maximum of $25.00 per day will be refunded. This does not apply to bathtubs or recreational facilities.

In most cases, no pets are allowed. Kennel service is available. Ask for details.

Ski Country Resorts reserves the right to change accommodations without notice up to the day of arrival due to unexpected emergencies or sale of property. An attempt will be made to provide equal accommodations or upgrade at no charge to you. Rates are subject to change without notice. Ski Country Resorts is not held responsible for any inconvenience, damage, injury or loss to persons or properties directly or indirectly by weather, negligence or wrongful act by Travel Agent or transportation company beyond the direct control of Ski Country Resorts.
